VCE Chemistry
VCE Chemistry helps students understand the materials and reactions that shape everyday life, while building strong problem-solving and scientific skills.
Across Units 1–4, they explore how substances are structured, how reactions occur, how energy is produced, and how important carbon based compounds such as medicines, fuels and plastics are designed and analysed. This subject gives students a solid foundation for many science, health and engineering pathways, and with the right support, it becomes engaging, manageable and rewarding.
